First time login to the Propex24 Core web portal

Open the Core portal

Copy this link to your browser: https://propex24.totality.com.au.

Click Login. If this is your first time, click Forgot password.

Enter your username

Enter your account username. For existing clients, this will be the same as your Saxo account user ID.

The PDF notes this is an 8 digit username.

Complete the security prompt

If you have WhatsApp, please check your account and follow the approval prompt.

Alternatively, request an SMS or email to receive a 2FA code and enter that code in the Propex24 Core app.

Create your new password

Create your new password. Passwords must have at least 12 characters and include at least one capital letter, one lower-case letter, one number and one symbol.

Proceed to login

Proceed to login. Enter your User ID and new password.

For security reasons, another prompt will be sent to your preferred communication channel.

Approve and wait

For WhatsApp, approve the prompt, then wait for about 15 seconds. You should then be automatically logged in to your dashboard.
